Eugene Lim is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Ellis George Cipollone O’Brien Annaguey LLP. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal and regulatory defense, government and internal investigations, intellectual property litigation, and antitrust litigation.
Eugene has represented and obtained successful outcomes for Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. His experience ranges from representing tech, entertainment, food production, and pharmaceutical companies to financial institutions, hedge funds, and private equity funds. He maintains an active pro bono practice and has obtained favorable outcomes for clients in civil rights, prisoner rights, domestic violence, housing eviction, and human trafficking matters.
Prior to joining EGC, Eugene clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and worked at a major international law firm. Eugene earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and his B.A. in International Studies in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
